As per the discussion mentioned below are the details of the girl patient ramanpreet who is fighting for his life and death.

Ramanpreet is a 17 year old female child. Her mother's name is Charanjeet kaur and father’s name is Chanchal singh the address is tehsil pehal dist. Ludhiana.

Ramanpreet was earlier shown in nearby hospitals of their village where the exact problem was not diagnosed, she was admitted in AIIMS as a emergency case on 24/12/2011.

Ramanpreet is getting treated in AIIMS since December'11 with CR NUMBER-264153/11, Ward no - AB6.

Ramanpreet's father Chanchal singh is a daily wages farmer cum labor and his earning is very less. He is very poor and can not afford the cost of the surgery.

Ramanpreet is suffering from diabetic memellitus and is admitted in rhinocerebral mucormycosis and she requires therapy with posaconqzole. Her consultant doctor is Dr Vineet.

The approximate cost of the treatment  at AIIMS is Rs 3,00,000/- (Three lakh)

Considering the poor financial plight of the patient’s family, Pratha Foundation request for the financial assistance at the earliest as the patient requires early procedures ASAP.
